Thanks for your replies. I'll just wait and keep a close eye on when my ovulation is. The doctor advised waiting 1 or 2 cycles so my body can recover. But I've read different stories on various websites. I think your tips are great—doing what feels right is probably the best approach.

What do you think about my pregnancy test? Because I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago (4 weeks) and then after 3 days my tests were negative. Today I decided to take a new pregnancy test and BAM I saw a second line but I'm very glad and unsure.

Hi! I'm also in those uncertain days.. I was supposed to get my period yesterday or today. But two days ago I had pink spotting when wiping. Still no period yet. I do have some cramps though. Normally I could set my clock by it and my period would come when I wake up or around midday.. Other than that, no other symptoms except being tired (I haven't been sleeping much lately anyway) and feeling a bit nauseous and dizzy here and there, but this all doesn't necessarily mean anything of course. What would you do? Wait and see what happens and test tomorrow morning?

@Cindy, just test it, that's the only way to be sure. Good luck!

For Cindy: just wait until your period is late. Testing now only brings uncertainty and overthinking. Those cramps could also be from your cycle. If it really doesn't come, test tomorrow morning with your first pee. Then you'll know for sure and won't have to guess anymore. For Anonymous: two lines after a miscarriage is indeed stressful. But a positive test isn't always a new pregnancy.
