Yeah, there's always a part that comes out. That's normal, really. Can't do any harm.

@Tooby, that doctor I have is always like that. My aunt is a physio specializing in back/pelvis, she's going to take a look at what she can do.
@clautjuh, okay, glad it's not harmful.

use good lubricant that makes your vagina moist and hope that it won't hurt then.

@Yassine, which lubricant is that? And is it safe for sperm? Does it affect sperm quality?
  5. Tooby #25

You really should get a specific lubricant that's suitable for conception, maybe online or at the drugstore, but don't just grab any old one because it can indeed hinder/weaken sperm.

Just read that Conceive Plus helps with vaginal dryness and that the lubricant isn't harmful to sperm. Thinking about ordering it or not?
  7. Tooby #27

    Can't hurt to try!

I ordered the HCG test, I'm curious.
Something else I'm wondering about. For self-insemination, we use 5ml syringes and just a cup. Is that okay? Or does everything need to be completely sterile?
  9. Moedertjuh #29

No, that's fine. Sex is never sterile either, hehe.

Haha no, sex is indeed never sterile. Okay then we'll just continue this way. Unless the Conceive Plus helps. Then it can just happen the normal way instead of having to catch, suction, and insert all the swimmers. Hope so. I'm also curious what it feels like if it can happen the normal way, we've never done it like that before

Hi, are there any people here over 40 trying to get pregnant with self-insemination?
