False positive?

Hi! I'm new here... (See intro on my profile)
I have no idea what my NOD is, so I've been stubborn and did a test this afternoon... From the Action, the normal one. This came after about 3 minutes...
Would you guys mind taking a look? It's on my profile, I couldn't upload it here...

    I had this with a test from Action too. Not exactly top-notch those tests.

    Ok.. I don't get it at all :/ Especially because I feel so pregnant (waistbands hurt, the litter box suddenly smells awful (I have a damaged sense of smell)), I was extremely nauseous on the 12th, sweating a lot, lower belly/back pain for the past 2 days...
    I have 3 kids, experienced the last 2 consciously and all the symptoms match... Pff this uncertainty sometimes! :/

    I totally get you. I'm in the same boat here.... Check out my topic on this forum too: 19 days overdue and negative tests. Going crazy from the uncertainty.

    Maybe there aren't enough hormones in your urine yet. Try a kruitvat test instead. I always find that one quite pleasant. General tip: if the test isn't clearly positive within the time stated in the instructions, don't keep looking at it. You'll just drive yourself crazy.

    No, that's right. It is like that. But within 5 minutes of what it says in the leaflet, I saw a line, not very clear, but present. Hence my question whether Action tests always have this or not.... I was planning to test on Friday morning with first morning urine.

    It's also weird that you first see a line and then later it's gone.

    Yes exactly. In the second photo you can see it, very light pink. Even my husband doesn't take me seriously... (But he needs reading glasses, but won't admit it ) My daughters do say they can see something.
    Sigh. Will try again Friday morning (my NOD to a normal 28-week calculation)

    I can't see it yet, but sometimes it's tricky to get a clear photo. But if you see a faint line, just keep testing and hope it becomes clearer! My tests started super faint too. They got clearer every day. Good luck!

    Phew, okay. I'll test again tomorrow morning and also on King's Day in the morning. If they don't become clearer, I guess it's probably a false line...

    Action always has a very faint pre-printed line if you look before you do the test. Did you test again this morning?

    Yeah... And again the same. I assume it's negative. It's really a very faint shadow, barely visible in the photo. Plus, my temp was 36.6 again this morning.
    On to the next round!

    On advice, I also used the one from Action and got two clear second lines.
    A body can really fool you; I felt pregnant so many times, but when I actually turned out to be pregnant, surprisingly, there was nothing to almost nothing.. good luck!
