    Bright red blood or more brown? No clots?
    I lost a little bit of brownish blood a few days ago (implantation bleeding). But even a little bit of red bleeding can be scary during pregnancy, even if it's not much. I hope you get a nice clear test tomorrow!

    I had 12 dpo with some red bleeding, I think it was from implantation. If it stops quickly, it's usually not a big deal. With my previous pregnancy, I had fresh blood for two days.

    @clautjuh, that's good. I don't have any more bleeding, but I do get some pressure in my lower abdomen sometimes, especially in the evenings.

    Yes, that was at 15 weeks, for the gender scan. We're planning to do another prenatal scan around 26 weeks. We already had the 20-week scan yesterday. Everything was fine. We did have the NIPT test because I'm 39 years old, but luckily there were no abnormalities. Yesterday we also got another 3D photo.

    I tested again today and it's showing positive, but I've been having some occasional bleeding.. is that normal?? I also have some pressure in my lower belly

    Yeah, you know, bleeding always remains a big concern. How far along are you now? Maybe get some blood tests done just in case.

    But I do have a weird pressing feeling in my lower abdomen
