Mother at an older age

For the age difference, I wouldn't skip it. My youngest brother and I are about 8 or 9 years apart, and that hasn't made our bond any less strong. I loved being able to mother him when I was little. Good luck, and I hope it works out for you after all.

Totally get that you don't have 'a lot of time', but don't you need a little break from it for a few months and then continue? Just hit pause, take a timeout. I always understood that an IUI cycle can be pretty intense, think of yourself
You'll keep having questions. I get them coming at me one after another and sometimes feel guilty towards my oldest, how will that go etc. I think those questions will resolve themselves!
