Thyroid - Thyroxine

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and would like to introduce myself briefly.
In September 2015, I became a proud mom to our first child.
This year, we'd like to try for a second little one.
However, my preconception check-up showed that one of my thyroid glands (the brain part) has a slight abnormality. They aren't immediately worried, but I should probably start taking Thyroxine medication.
Does anyone here have experience with this? My cycle is fairly regular at 31 days.
I'm wondering if I should really start with it.

I'd definitely start with this because it's super important for the hormones the baby needs. It's completely harmless since it's a natural hormone.
