Hungry and nauseous

Hi everyone!

I'm new to this forum and I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before, but I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have been feeling hungry all the time, even right after I've eaten.

This is my first pregnancy, so everything is new to me. When I get up, I really need to eat something right away, otherwise I get stomach cramps from hunger, but I'm too nauseous to eat then, and I just feel awful in the morning. The nausea is manageable for the rest of the day, except when I try to eat or when I start feeling hungry. The hunger sensation persists even after eating, so it feels like the food isn't filling me up at all.

I've also lost my appetite for a lot of things and I'm not really sure what I could eat anymore.

I'm hoping you guys can help me out—what can I eat, and how can I get rid of this constant hunger feeling?

For me, eating also helped a lot with the nausea. I always had Sultan cookies on me, for example, and in the morning I ate three slices of bread. I think many pregnant women eat more; you need more to help your baby grow. So whenever I was hungry, I always ate—your body doesn't signal hunger for no reason...

    So relatable for our first!
At least I had to start with a slice of bread. If I couldn't finish it, he'd eat the last bits, but once I got going, it usually worked out. Definitely add sultanas.
Maybe dad or yogurt or vla is better to get some filling first?
