Pregnant or not?

Hi! I'm not sure how to do this, but I have a question. I went to the gynecologist last Monday, 26-02, and she didn't say anything about pregnancy—it was just a regular visit. But I do have some symptoms that suggest I might be pregnant. I took a few online quizzes; I know they're not always accurate, but they often said it's possible. I don't really know what to do. Going to the doctor feels too scary, and buying a test doesn't feel great either because I'm only 17. I'm really scared and worried, especially since I've lost quite a bit of weight... Can you give me some advice?
