Feeling sick during pregnancy

Hi everyone,
I'm 14 weeks pregnant, but I've already been feeling unwell since around week 10.
I'm terribly tired, nauseous, and have pain in my stomach, back, and radiating to my right buttock...
I used to work 32 hours. Now I'm only working 2x2 hours, and next week I'll be going to 3x2 hours a week.
I feel very burdened that I can't work full-time and that I'm at home... while I really can't take it anymore.
Next week I have to see my manager and then the occupational health physician...
Has anyone here experienced this too?
And how did you deal with it?
I also don't want to be sick with pregnancy-related issues all the time, but I can't really work either...
Looking forward to hearing from you..
Love

Hi! Yeah, I’ve had it too and still do! I was off work from 7 weeks pregnant... I already had pelvic pain back then. I thought it was my tailbone causing extreme pain, but it turned out to be my pelvis, which was affecting my tailbone and buttocks! I still worked 3 x 2.5 hours that week, like you, but everything got so much worse that I couldn’t even stand up from a chair! I’ve been on sick leave since then, and now I don’t even have a job anymore. Really annoying, but my health came first! I worked more than 40 hours, and my back still hurts every day. I really need to take it easy! I’m doing extremely little now and lie in bed with a lot of pain every night. I hope it’s not as bad for you, and please listen to your body! You definitely don’t want to just bring yourself more misery!
