Spontaneously pregnant round 26

Dear girls,

After trying for 2 years and 2 months, tests at the hospital, and on the eve of an IUI, I got pregnant spontaneously. I’d like to share how I managed it—maybe it can help one person here. I followed the candida diet for two full months. This balanced my body so much that I became pregnant. Three months after starting the diet, it worked, and my biggest wish came true. You can Google what the diet entails. It seems tough, but I knew why I was doing it.

What you can’t have: coffee, sugar, wheat, preservatives (all packets and bags).
What you can have: fruit and vegetables, eggs, buttermilk, Biogarde.

    Lots of love!
