Pregnant with a hernia

I had back surgery a few years ago for a herniated disc, and this year I’ve got a new one in the same spot. I’m mostly fine with exercise, but I’m really curious how it’ll go during pregnancy, especially during labor. I’m really scared that labor will bring me back to square one, including that annoying pain shooting down my leg. Has anyone here experienced this?
