Miscarriage
Hi,
I started bleeding yesterday.. Well, I thought I did..
I had my tubes tied a few years ago, but last year I experienced the same thing as now: pain on the left side near the ovary and severe cramps..
I lost a large piece that wouldn't come apart; a photo is attached..
This morning I sent the photo to my midwife via app. She thought it looked like a miscarriage and referred me to the urgent care center..
When I got there and showed them the same photo, they said it looked like a blood clot. However, I only lost something about 1 cm big, and the rest was all small, but there was a lot of blood loss..
So if it was a clot, shouldn't there have been more of those large pieces? At least that seems logical to me.. I got these two different responses, and I have an ultrasound coming up soon to check if the clips are still in place, which I now strongly doubt...
Has anyone experienced something similar? And do you think it looks like a miscarriage? My gut says yes, but after the hospital's reaction, I felt really stupid, like "I'm not crazy..." and the midwife also thought it looked like a miscarriage..
Looking forward to your reactions
Best regards, Elly
