Hi everyone,

Who else is expecting twins? I'd love to share info with you all, how your pregnancies are going, which stroller is handy, together in 1 crib or not, how heavy is it going to get and does it all fit in the belly.. Etc! I have so many questions! How do you do that with the care of the two? So twin moms with tips, very much appreciated! I'm trying to get an image of it but find it difficult, I notice. Here is the 2nd and 3rd child, identical. The oldest is more than a year old when they come so you understand my stress but I'm mainly very excited! Looking forward to the responses!

My first pregnancy was a fraternal twin pregnancy. My third pregnancy unexpectedly resulted in triplets. On the ultrasounds, only one baby was visible each time, and my belly was so tight that I had another ultrasound right before delivery because they didn't trust it. Then it turned out there were two babies again. It wasn't until delivery that it became clear there were three.

You really need to figure everything out. If you want to feed both babies at the same time, I'd recommend a twin nursing pillow. I'd suggest you just take turns. First baby 1, then baby 2. Keep a schedule, though. For example: baby 1, baby 2, baby 1, baby 2. Or baby 1, baby 2, baby 2, baby 1. And switch your breasts each time: first breast 1 for baby 1, breast 2 for baby 2. Breast 2 for baby 1, breast 1 for baby 2... etc.

At first, you might not immediately be able to tell the difference between identical twins. To solve that, you can use something like a hat with a name, or bracelets/shirts in different colors, etc.

If you want more tips, let me know. Good luck with your twins!
