Oh dear, that's really tough for you. I wanted to reply because I can relate to your story. Well, I had an early miscarriage too.
I think you should let your body do its work for now. Do you have a fever? Or any abdominal pain?
You have an ultrasound on December 11th to check your uterus. As awful as it sounds, you'll just have to wait for that appointment. Unless you start feeling really bad.
Bleeding lasts longer for some than for others. If you really don't trust your body, you can always call anyway.

Wow, that's really intense. I haven't experienced a miscarriage myself, but I can imagine you have a lot to process. Unfortunately, you'd just have to wait it out, and if you get sick, call your GP. Lots of strength! Stay strong and keep positive. It'll be good for you both in the end, and hopefully, you'll be able to get pregnant again soon. First, though, you need to process all of this.
