Bleeding after sex

Wednesday night my period started. By Saturday night it was over (no more blood on toilet paper after a trip to the bathroom). Then I had sex on Saturday night, and afterward I started bleeding again, and it’s been going on for 2 days now. I’ve had this before, exactly the same way: period seemed to be over in the evening, had sex, but then it stopped within 24 hours. Now I’m still bleeding… almost 48 hours later.

Does anyone know what this is?

P.S. I’ve been off the pill for 6 months now, and for the last 3 months I’ve had a very stable 34-day cycle with 4 days of menstruation.

    Hi, you can indeed still bleed a little after sex, but 48 hours is longer than normal for you. If you don't feel good about it, maybe contact your GP tomorrow?

    Hi sweetie,
    It depends on your sex how much you're bleeding.
    I've had really intense sex and bled a lot, without ovulating.
    Hope this helps you out.

    Sometimes you might also cut the rosbiwf a bit too enthusiastically, if you know what I mean. I myself have had issues with this for 3 or 4 days.

    Thanks for your replies. It lasted for over 2 days. Anonymous and Roza Matroza think you're right and we were a bit too enthusiastic. Luckily it's over now.
