My son is 4 weeks old.
I'm giving BF,
I gave him a bottle with formula for the first time today, I want to start combining.
Now it's 4 hours later and he's been spitting everything up for half an hour already,
Not just like with a burp where some comes up, but really with jerks from his whole body..
Should I be worried.. or does he need to 'get used' to the formula?

Oh, I'm really curious because I want to try the combo too. I've already given her a bottle with pumped milk, and she did spit up quite a bit (but not as much as you say). I notice she drinks very greedily from the bottle; it seems too easy for her sometimes. I have Dr. Brown's bottles and an Avent (Natural) bottle.
