Feeling sick and pregnant... who has experienced this?

Hey, who has experienced being pregnant and still having bleeding every month? My sister and I both had it during the first 3 months! My sister had a healthy baby, and unfortunately, it led to a miscarriage for me... I hope for more experience stories.
