Feeding
Craving unhealthy food
Hey (soon-to-be) moms!
I'm about 14 weeks pregnant now. Before my pregnancy, I exercised a lot (like 4 times a week, sometimes even more) and ate very healthily and varied: lots of veggies, fruit, proteins, grains, etc. The first few weeks of my pregnancy, I was super nauseous and had terrible heartburn. This has passed for a few weeks now, but now I have an overwhelming craving for unhealthy stuff: apple pie, chips, Dutch fries with special sauce, sausage rolls, pizza, and don't even get me started on a Big Mac (though I've managed to resist that one so far
). I used to be crazy about boiled veggies, especially broccoli, but I have zero desire for them now. I'm still trying to exercise regularly, but 9 out of 10 times I just can't bring myself to do it because of fatigue or aches. I've gained 4 kg by now, and I have no idea if that's too much already. I also have a pretty noticeable baby bump. Does anyone else relate to this??
