Not feeling well.
Nighttime cramps

I'm 23 weeks pregnant now and I've already had a few times, also last night, where I wake up with cramps in my belly.
Right at my navel, so not really at the bottom but really around my navel.
I must say that yesterday I had high abdominal pain all day, so really my stomach and also burning heartburn.
So I ate less than usual, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Are my intestines and stomach just a bit upset? I now have some burning heartburn again but I have eaten breakfast and the pain is gone. It's every time at night.
By the way, I do feel the baby moving clearly, so I'm not directly worried about that.

That can just be your uterus growing, that's normal for the stage you're at in your pregnancy and happens mostly at night. -
