Twin pregnancy

Ilse
Hi! I'm 10 weeks pregnant with a beautiful twin pregnancy, and these will be my first babies. So I'm not really sure what to expect yet.
Since Sunday, I've been having some mild abdominal and lower back pain. It's manageable, but I still worry sometimes. My next ultrasound is on August 9th.
My midwife says it could be round ligament pain. Has anyone had experience with this?

    Hi everyone,

I'm almost 17 weeks pregnant with our boys' twins. After our 5-year-old daughter and our 2-year-old son, we were going for a third child...

And then we got double the price! Very special, of course, but I also find it really tough, intense, and honestly not pleasant. In my other pregnancies, I loved being pregnant, but now I'm just dealing with body discomfort, pains, nausea, etc. Is this relatable? I'm really looking forward to it, but wow!

Ilse, bandjespijn is indeed common with twins. The pain can be sharp but is usually harmless. If the pain suddenly becomes severe, doesn't go away, or if you have bleeding, contact your GP or midwife. Don't wait until August 9th if you're worried. Strength.
