Question

Good afternoon ladies,

I have a question. I had emergency surgery last month on April 10, 2017, due to bleeding in my abdomen from an ectopic pregnancy. I've been feeling extremely nauseous and tired lately, and I have lower back pain. Since I was just operated on but have been active, could I possibly already be pregnant again? My period still hasn't come. I called my gynecologist yesterday to ask what's going on, but I still have to wait. A urine test doesn't work for me; when I went to the GP's office last month, they checked my urine to see if I was pregnant, and the lady said negative, so not pregnant. But a few hours later, my blood test showed I was pregnant, with an hCG level of 1300. Who has experienced this before and maybe has some tips on what I could do?
