Pimples? Pregnant?

Are there any moms or soon-to-be moms who had really bad acne early in pregnancy? Like, a lot and very painful.
Other than that, no complaints.
Still supposed to get my period normally though.

    I've been testing for a week overdue now and it's negative, but I also have pimples and they hurt a lot. I've never had this kind of discomfort before.
