App for food?

Does anyone know a good app or something similar where you can search per product to see if you're allowed to eat it or not?

I'm going crazy searching for what I can and can't eat. For example, one jar of pesto says it contains raw milk, and another doesn't. Is one okay and the other not? And does it make a difference if you heat it in a sauce, for example?

I hope someone has the golden tip for an easy list or app!

Yes, I'd like to know that too!!

I don't think you should go so extreme about that! I already have two healthy kids and wasn't so obsessed with breaking down everything I bought to know what was in it. It's more about eating too much of the things they don't recommend.

Yes, exactly as Skullie says. It's about not consuming it too often. If you eat it once, it's really no big deal. Raw fish, red meat, and things like that you just can't eat anymore, but I've never really avoided everything either.

Yes, there is an app! I actually have it on my phone too. Super handy when I'm unsure, the app is called Zwanger&zo

I recently discovered on vacation that even an ice cream can pose a risk. Lots of useful information about nutrition during pregnancy can be found at www.livingfor2.com
