Tummy cramps and reflux

Good morning!
I'm looking for tips for my 13-week-old son. He's dealing quite a bit with colic and has hidden reflux. For that, he's taking ranitidine.
When he's lying in bed, he strains so much that all the food comes back up.
He also has quite a lot of trouble with colic. Instead of getting better now, it seems to be getting worse.
Anyone with tips or similar experiences?

What I often see as tips is to elevate the head of the bed, either by putting a towel under the mattress or something under the legs, so gravity helps keep the food down. Also, don't lay them flat right after feeding; let them burp well so less air gets into their intestines, and let them drink calmly so they don't swallow air. I don't know what else you've tried.

I've already tried all those things, and I always keep him upright for a while after feeding.
