Hi Nora,
I think this is fine. If you don't feel confident or are unsure about why it hasn't worked out yet, you can always make an appointment with your GP. Depending on your age, they'll decide whether to look further into it. Sometimes it just takes a bit longer to get pregnant, and that doesn't always mean there's something wrong

Oh, it's so nice that you're responding! Thanks, it does give me some peace of mind. I'm 24 myself and have been really serious about it since round two, using ovulation tests, etc. That's why I find it taking a bit long, but please don't misunderstand me—I know 10 months is still nothing compared to women who are already many months along and have had lots of hospital visits. But it still feels strange to me... Maybe it's because I smoked! I quit smoking in round two; maybe that's the reason.
