Running

I wonder if there are more girls here who keep running during pregnancy? I'm currently 13 weeks and still run 7km, but no more marathons. I'd really like to keep doing it, but I always have that question in the back of my mind about whether it could do any harm. According to the midwife, I can just keep doing it.
My heart rate is usually quite high, around 170. This was also the case before my pregnancy. It does say that you should be careful not to let your heart rate get too high, but what exactly is "too high"? I'd love to hear your experiences.

As long as you don't develop any complaints, you can just keep doing it. At some point, running probably won't feel comfortable anymore due to your growing belly. Then you could do other things for your fitness, like walking or swimming.
