Cut and BV

So I had an episiotomy that’s already healing quite a bit.
I can feel when I need to pee, and I’m able to hold it in, but I don’t feel it as well when I need to poop. The midwife gave me something to help relax a bit, but I’m still so scared that everything might just come out.
Will the sensation come back? I’m almost afraid to even fart now
I also wanted to ask what you all do while, say, breastfeeding? I’m constantly searching on my Android (like here on the forum) because what else are you supposed to do? The little one is practically asleep at the breast, and when she’s awake (for 5 minutes), I just shower her with kisses
From which week will she stay awake a bit longer, and what can you do with her then? Put her in the bouncer, show her a book...?

That’s so sorry to hear you had a tear. I had one with my first and tore in three places with my second. Now, a lot of women often say that tearing heals better than a cut. I can’t really say for sure. My oldest is 7 and my youngest is 5. I still get pain or chafing when I cycle for a long time, for example. The spots also itch regularly. What I do is use a little bit of silicone-based lubricant (just a tiny drop) and then massage the perineum. Then I really feel it pulling on both sides. This does help, but I’d wait a while until it’s fully healed.
And with breastfeeding, I don’t have many tips for you. Seven years ago, I didn’t have a mobile with these features. I read something or watched a video, or maybe nothing at all, I think.
Wishing you lots of success and hopefully a speedy recovery.

My daughter has been nursing pretty quickly for a while now, so usually I just sit there enjoying watching her, or if I'm feeding her downstairs, I watch TV.
You'll slowly notice that she stays awake longer each week. I've been reading a book to her after the 8 PM feed for 6 weeks now. And lately (she's 14 weeks old), she's been calmly listening to me read for a few weeks now, looking at me until she falls asleep. She also likes to "chat" a bit every now and then. I don't make much of it yet, but it sounds pretty funny. Just like whale sounds recently. She's also reaching for things, and when she accidentally grabs something, she puts it in her mouth. Every week she can do a little more
