15 weeks pregnant and can't poop

hey everyone, I'm now 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby, but for the past hour I've had terrible abdominal pain and feel nauseous. I've already vomited about 5 times and gone to the toilet 7 times. Nothing came out except for the last time, after 30 minutes of pushing, something came out that looked like a rabbit pellet and was very dry and hard. The pressure in my stomach is now so intense that I can barely stand. What should I do?! Desperate hugs from me

Try to drink plenty of fluids, lots of water or tea. For food, go for fiber and things that are easy to digest. Especially don't strain... Unfortunately, it's part of the process.

I had the same thing. Really annoying! What helped me was eating a small bowl of dried prunes on an empty stomach and drinking lukewarm water. At some point, I started doing this daily and hardly had any trouble with it anymore. It worked well for me. I hope it helps you too! Good luck.

That's annoying!! But be careful not to strain too hard; you can develop hemorrhoids.

    hey almost-mama,
I had a hard time with this too, then I got special bags with salts and fibers from my gynecologist... and that worked really well... Bye tummy pain and pressure!! It also works for the nausea

Just get in touch with your GP. They can prescribe something for you, you know. Of course, the usual advice applies too. Lots of fiber, whole grain bread for example. Drink plenty and stay active, and maybe some other home remedies.

But if you have such bad stomach pain, from my experience, you first need something to help you poop before the other things will work.
