What you say is very relatable

I had 2 ultrasounds at 6+5 weeks. Very special, but actually not much to see yet, haha. Hopefully you can see a little light (the heart) flickering, but otherwise it still looks like a grain of rice. I have a photo of my first ultrasound of my first daughter on my profile. (The measurement says 6+3 but it was actually 6+5)

Assume that the ultrasound will be internal, maybe it will also work externally, although that chance is smaller.

But for now: enjoy this beautiful feeling!

I had an ultrasound at 4 and 5 weeks, then only at 9 weeks.. I had severe bleeding at 4 weeks (I thought I was further along at the time..). At 5 weeks, I only saw the beginning of embryonic development. I expect to see a heartbeat by 6.5 weeks, but if it's not there, it might still be too early and your due date will be adjusted.
