postnatal depression

Can you get help for postnatal depression from the VK? Or do you have to go to the GP? I'm almost 32 weeks now and have had a lot of setbacks in the last few months, and this week there was another one, which was truly the last straw. I've been crying for 3 days straight and don't want to leave the house. I can't concentrate on the baby at all anymore, and I feel so guilty that he's growing in my belly in this situation. I'm afraid to talk to someone about this; what if they think I'm not a suitable mother and I don't want to lose my baby?

You can check with both of them; they’ll know best where or with whom you can get help for this.

Can’t you talk it over with your partner? That can often already be a big relief (or with your mom, best friend, etc.).
