A hamburger (made from frozen beef) fried in hot fryer oil from the fryer, which is still a bit pink inside, does this pose a risk? As soon as I saw it, I pulled the pink meat out of the inside... not immune to toxo...

Just don't eat red meat, don't take any risks.
