Pregnant right after curettage for anencephaly

Hi everyone,
I'm really curious if anyone has experienced something similar. After 10 weeks of pregnancy, they discovered during our dating scan that our baby had anencephaly. So, at exactly 11 weeks, I had a D&C. I hardly had any issues with the procedure and only had light bleeding for 2 days.
Since they always say you can get pregnant faster with pregnancy hormones, we decided to try again right away.
I calculated my cycle on paper. Now, a week after my (supposed) ovulation, I suddenly have severe lower back pain and feel cramping in my uterus. Sharp little twinges. It doesn't feel like period pain... I've also been dealing with headaches for the past few days.
I'm afraid to take a test, but also scared that something might be wrong!
Is there anyone with the same experience?

Not the same experience, but I'd still wait to test.
Try to let it go a bit and not develop too much stress.
Test in a couple of weeks, hopefully with a good result! -

Yes Oxelsnor, I'm indeed still waiting 2 weeks to test. I know I shouldn't think about it, but every day feels so incredibly hard. Letting go in this is a challenge. Hopefully positive then :-)
