Hi! This is my first pregnancy, so I'm wondering what I shouldn't eat or drink. Can someone help me out?

    hi savanna
    first of all, congratulations!
and about what you shouldn't eat... well, that's quite a long list.
the most important ones are raw meat and fish – absolutely no raw fish either. Raw egg yolk or raw whites are also a no-go, so be careful with things like omelets etc.
Vacuum-packed fish is also a no due to bacteria that can settle in (fish is generally very healthy for you, but not every type is safe during pregnancy).
Cheeses made from pasteurized milk are fine to eat, but raw milk cheeses are not (these are usually the more special cheeses and some types of brie; it's always clearly stated on the packaging).

Those are pretty much the main ones, I think, but you can always double-check on Google if you're unsure.
At first it's a bit tricky figuring out what you can and can't eat, but before you know it, you'll know everything.

    Enjoy your pregnancy,
    warm regards,
    rianne
