Hi ladies,

Since so many of us are trying to get pregnant—including me!—I was curious about the symptoms you experienced before your positive pregnancy test. I’d love to hear about your symptoms too, especially from those who think they might be pregnant but aren’t sure yet, or who have symptoms they’d like to compare with ours.

I’m really looking forward to hearing from you, ladies!

Lots of love,

    Nauseous from time to time
    sensitive breasts
    dizzy
    headache
    menstrual cramps
sharp stabbing pains in the belly
    lower back pain
    upper back pain

Otherwise, I don't know right now.

The only thing I had was sensitive breasts
and I was a bit tired
A couple of weeks later I got some mild cramps lower down in my belly
Other than that, I didn't have many complaints/symptoms

A few days after ovulation, you’d never guess... extremely tired, sleeping a lot and eating a lot.. otherwise not many symptoms, a few days before my period I had sore breasts and sometimes mild headaches... After my period I eat everything I can get my hands on, both solid and liquid, I wake up early every day on average between 04:00 & 06:00... I pee at night and lose a lot of fluids, a bit of a dirty joke but hey haha. During the day I also pee a lot. So far I haven’t really felt nauseous.

    Thanks for your replies!

I was just wondering what everyone's symptoms are like. It's nice, maybe I'm showing signs too, hehe.

I don't have many symptoms though—just some little twinges and cramps on my side, and I'm sooo tired. My breasts are a bit sore, but nothing else. So I'm curious.

Today is my due date so far, and no sign of labor yet, but that could still change, so I'm curious. I'm just assuming it'll be fine if labor starts.

    Love,

Exciting! When are you going to test?
  6. Kelsii1990 started this #7

I honestly have no idea, Rose. I don't even dare to test yet since I'm in week 8 and have had a disappointment or a negative test every time.
Tonight I've got those weird stomach pains, farted all day, and now my breasts are really starting to burn and sting, so I'm curious.
Right now, no bleeding or rose discharge.
Usually, on my period day, I already have light bleeding in the morning, which announces my period.
I've never been overdue in all these cycles, so tomorrow I'll be overdue for the first time by a day.
I took a test yesterday and it was negative, so either my hCG is too low for the test, or it's not a pregnancy and my period is late. But I'm always right on time, and my luteal phase is 13 days.

I'll wait until Tuesday. If I still don't get my period on Tuesday, I'll take a test and let you know hihi

    Love, Kel

How exciting! I totally get why you're scared of disappointment; I was too, even after my light positive test.

    I'm rooting for you!

Exciting!!! Oh, cramps are part of it too, right? It can be super confusing, but that can actually be a good sign.

We did 6 tests ????. At first, the line was light, then a bit darker the next time, but I wasn't convinced, you know. It wasn't until after the 5th one (which was already clearly dark) that I started to believe it a little, and after the 6th, completely!

I'm now 4 weeks and 6 days along, time is flying by haha.

I have high hopes for you too! I'm really curious.

I did a test this afternoon because I couldn't hold back with my Clearblue, but it says not pregnant now. So either my hcg is too late, or I'm indeed not pregnant. Maybe tomorrow, otherwise I'll go to Kruidvat for those 2-for-5 euro tests. Maybe I'll get the same faint line as you and it'll get darker and darker.
I've been feeling nauseous and lightheaded since today, with still mild cramps in my lower abdomen.

    I hope so badly hihi
That goes fast, yes. When did you test? Just a faint positive?

    Love,
  18. Rose #19

Ah, what a bummer! But it could indeed be because it's afternoon urine.

I had super-sensitive tests and tested 12dpo with a faint positive and kept going, but for the last 2 days I bought the Kruidvat 2v5 tests and those were 10x clearer than those "extra sensitive" ones.

So exciting! Hopefully you'll have a line tomorrow morning.

Yeah, indeed, that could be it. I ordered pregnancy tests from Sensitest because I really didn't feel like going out today. It was raining and thundering heavily, so I thought, let's not walk to the mall since my sweetie had my car after work. So I decided to order them via Sensitest. 6 tests for €13.50 including shipping, so they'll arrive tomorrow. These are extra sensitive, so I might be able to use them tomorrow afternoon, otherwise I'll just wait until Wednesday morning hehe.

I'm really curious now and truly hope that a little miracle is growing in my belly. My breasts are burning and itching, and I'm feeling nauseous, so let's hope for a good sign. I'll keep you posted.

It's nice that you're pregnant too—when do you have your appointment with the GP? Keep me updated?
