Which vitamins do you take?

Hi fellow-to-be moms

Which multivitamins do you take, and from which brand? I’m currently taking Mama Plus with Omega 3 and fish oil from Davitamon.

I’d read that it can also have a positive effect on sperm quality for men, especially by taking vitamin B11 (folic acid) and zinc... Do you guys take anything as well?

I saw that the brand NewCare has special multi-papa tablets for expectant dads. Has anyone had experience with these?

I’m taking the Vital Pregnant supplement from Kruidvat, which includes folic acid. I assume that’s fine.

    I guess I do too!!

Just ordered Multi Papa for my boyfriend from New Care... So at least I've done everything I can, hehe.

I got extra magnesium on my doctor's advice. I had terrible leg cramps, and effectively:; they're gone now :-)

    I'm taking Davitamon Complete Mama.
I'm considering switching to Davitamon Mama Omega 3 fish oil.

I was taking Vitaal Zwanger from Kruidvat until a couple of weeks ago. The jar was empty, and I was fine with that. I’ve received all sorts of offers for other supplements in those free baby boxes, including for postpartum, but basically, if you eat a varied diet, you don’t need them—it’s all a waste of money. Plus, I’m not really into taking pills.

My husband and I have been taking Fertility (wo)man by Omarin. It's a blend of DHA (fish oil), folic acid, astaxanthin, maca, etc.

It's just really expensive though! :96eur for women and 82eur for men, and that's only for 2 months
