Go to your GP—they’re bound by confidentiality and can give you more info and check if you’re pregnant. Don’t mess around trying to induce this yourself; you could harm your body, make things worse, and maybe ruin your chances of having a healthy baby when you’re actually ready. I’m sure you’ve already thought this through yourself, but please be more careful next time. Unprotected sex can also lead to other issues, like STIs, which aren’t always easy to treat.
