    Hi hi,
Vinalac --> recommended by my OB
Folic acid --> because I always have too little of it, even before pregnancy (excess is just flushed out)
    Magnesium --> for cramps
Iron --> I've had a deficiency since pregnancy
Zinc --> slight deficiency and helps with fatigue
I don't take everything daily, only Vinalac
1 day Folic acid + Magnesium, next day Iron + Zinc

I used to take Volavit, which only had folic acid.
Then I switched to Amnibionta to still get some extra important vitamins.

    I use Pharmaton multivitamin.
Because it has everything you might need extra, and I tolerate it well )

I'm taking Natimed (recommended by my gynecologist)
contains: Iodine, Vitamin B12 and Folic acid

But Floradix on the advice of my mother (who had 12 kids!!)
a lot of pregnant women take that, it's also incredibly good against fatigue.

    I take Omnibionta.

Prenatal vitamins from De Tuinen (their own brand)
Everything in 1 (including the necessary folic acid) and fish oil, 1 tablet per day, as a supplement, not as a replacement for vitamins.
And try to eat some nuts and (unsalted) sunflower seeds daily; they contain super healthy substances that you always need, but especially right now.
Not that I’m some super-healthy person, but I do my best, haha

I'm taking the Mama Plus Fish Oil from Davitamon. Because I know I don't eat enough veggies and fruit, it's convenient that I only need to take 1 pill a day, and because it contains fish oil, which is good for the baby's brain development

Here’s the complete mom of Davitamon... because I took that one too during the previous pregnancy;-)

I bought Davitamon Mama Plus yesterday, but I just can't get them down My midwife recommended them because they also contain fish oil..... I really tried my best last night, but as soon as I try to swallow them, I get so nervous I feel like I'm going to choke!! Does anyone have a good tip for me?

Hi Emel, I had that problem too, but with a different brand, and I’d never had issues swallowing large vitamin tablets before. I now use VSM Pure Mama with separate fish oil, also from VSM Pure Mama. They’re a bit smaller and I manage to swallow them fine. At work, we let patients who have trouble swallowing or large tablets take them with some custard. Maybe something you could try.

I use Gavitamon, it also contains folic acid.
They're not big tablets, so easy to swallow.
