At how many weeks did you find out the gender of your little one?

At exactly 14 weeks. Normally they only did it at 15 weeks, but by then they were already fully booked.
She was very sure about it, and the other ultrasounds confirmed it.

    20 weeks.

Me too at 14 weeks, and with each follow-up ultrasound, it's been confirmed that we're really having a girl!

It's different for everyone, I see.

At our place, we did it with all three kids at the 20-week scan.
Come earlier for a nice scan.
I think it's possible at 14 weeks, right?
But I didn't want that because then you can already see so clearly how the baby is going to look.
And I wanted to keep that as a surprise

Maybe a silly question, but it's my first kid, what is a preterm baby...?????

A pre-take-home scan is also called a voluntary ultrasound. As the name suggests, you have a pre-take-home scan made just for your own enjoyment. To surprise you, amaze you, and get you excited about your baby. During a pre-take-home scan, the sonographer will show you your baby as much and as beautifully as possible, and explain in detail what you can see.
So a pre-take-home scan is not meant to assess your baby's development and growth, like the regular check-ups you get from your gynecologist or midwife.

And a prenatal scan is also in 3D and 4D instead of 2D, so it gives a nicer and clearer image.

If you search for pre-echo on Google with your city included, you'll find offices that can do it for you.

At 15 weeks, we had the sex determination done. I couldn't wait any longer. Although I won't want to know for the second one.
