nasal spray

Dear ladies,
I have a quick question. I'm probably around 7 weeks pregnant now, but I used a nasal spray. I stopped right away, but I keep reading negative stories everywhere. Could it really have done that much harm by now?

I assume you mean a nasal spray with Xylometazoline.
This is what it says on www.apotheek.nl about this medication. Hope you can use this information.

You can safely use this medicine in the normal dosage for up to 1 week if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
It has been used for years by women trying to conceive, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women, without issues with fertility, during pregnancy, or for the child.
For long-term nasal congestion, it's better to use saline solution. You can use this without any concerns for a long time.
