Can you eat pizza with mozzarella cheese on it?
Just the kind from the store that you put in the oven yourself.

You just have to look carefully at what’s on the pizza: store-bought pizza is normally no problem (it’s been treated) unless there’s raw cheese like gorgonzola on it or something like that. Takeaway pizza; check the place carefully. We’ve been going to the same place for years and I trust them. I went last week. I’m not so keen on a place I don’t know.

For homemade: the base is no problem. Mozzarella is normally fine too, but if you want to be sure, check the back to see if it’s pasteurized (but supermarket mozzarella usually is). Ricotta is normally okay too. I think the Nutrition Center has a list.

I have this little app where you can Google everything you eat, like the ingredients. I think it's called "Van A tot Z zwanger." It surprised me what you're not supposed to eat or have in limited amounts. Pâté and liver sausage, tiramisu, cola, energy drinks.

Mozzarella is totally fine! And salami on the pizza is also totally fine since it’s been heated in the oven Enjoy your meal!
