Hi! I'm 23 weeks pregnant now, and this is my third pregnancy with gestational diabetes. My sugar levels were detected at 14 weeks, and I'm already injecting 34 units 4 times a day, but my sugar levels just won't get under control 
! Are there any other mamas who have this problem? Or someone who knows why it's not getting under control?

I myself have type 1 diabetes, and your blood sugar levels tend to fluctuate during pregnancy. Try thinking about your diet, look into which carbs are long and short, and especially avoid drinking anything with sugar in it—it's bad.
Maybe if you adjust that, it'll already be much better.
