Yes, definitely! It's a cool, tough-sounding name that happens to be super popular in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid (where I live). I know lots of lovely girls with that name -

Bobbi/Bobbie is the same I think, first association maybe more like a dog name, but the longer you hear it or think about it the more I see a tough girl
A colleague's girl is called Bonnie, I think that's nice too
