Can I be pregnant?

Hi everyone, I have a question, hopefully someone can help me. I'm still on the pill but got my period on August 5th. About 2 or 3 days after that, around that time, I had sex with my boyfriend without protection. I restarted my pill on the day I was supposed to start again. Last week I suddenly started having lower back pain. I've also been eating more and gained a bit of weight—just over a kg, but that's a miracle for me because I never gain weight. My breasts are also sensitive, especially on the sides when touched. Could I be pregnant? The symptoms seem to match... and most people say you can't get pregnant during your period, but my teacher always told us that young women have a high chance of getting pregnant even during their period. A friend of mine also got pregnant without realizing it; she restarted her pill but didn't think much of it, and it worked immediately. What do you think I should do? I'm supposed to get my period on September 2nd, but that's so far away...

I really don't know if I'm worrying about nothing, can someone help me?

I think you should just be patient until September 2nd for a definitive result.
You can always get a pregnancy test "6 days before your expected period" from the pharmacist,
but if it's negative, it doesn't mean anything definitive until September 2nd.
I think the chance is small, but you never know with pregnancy

@Annemie, sorry I phrased it wrong in my message. I had sex for the first time but forgot the pill, and on the 5th day I got my period as usual. But now, almost 4 weeks later, the symptoms seem to match... mucus discharge like on my most fertile day, blue veins on my breasts, they feel bigger and sensitive on the sides, more bumps around my nipples that also look bigger. Last week I had lower back pain, haven't slept well for 2 weeks, I've gained a bit more than 1 kg, which I never do, and now suddenly I have. My food doesn't taste the same anymore... I'm supposed to get my period on Sept 2nd as I already said, but could a test already be possible now?

If you've gotten your period again after having sex, I'd say it's unlikely.. But it could also have been implantation bleeding. Pregnancy symptoms like back pain and nausea usually don't show up until later on, so that probably has nothing to do with it.. As Annemie already said, just wait until your next period..

You can take a test like I said, "6 days before your expected period," but if it's negative, it doesn't mean anything. It was negative for me too, and I was still pregnant... For a definite result, you should wait until your expected period on September 2nd. You can always take a test; it won't hurt.
And gaining weight is also one of my first symptoms, but mainly a bloated belly and a cup size bigger...
