Pregnant but unsure

Hi.
Not sure if I'm in the right place, but whatever. I got pregnant right after the first month of renovations. Unfortunately, it ended in an early miscarriage. But immediately after that, I got pregnant again and I'm now 7 weeks along.
Buuuut I have absolutely no symptoms.
I am tired and have a bit of tender breasts, but that's about it. For a while now, I've had this nagging feeling on the lower right side and I can feel a small lump.
The midwife says I shouldn't worry. Does anyone recognize this?

Hi! Congratulations! What I do relate to is that I was pregnant for the first time and had a miscarriage. Right after the miscarriage, I got pregnant again and now have a little boy who’s 1.5 years old and walking around. It’s great that you’re having few symptoms! Have you had an ultrasound yet?
That way, you’re often less unsure if you’ve seen the little heart beating or just took another test for your own peace of mind.

I got an ultrasound at six weeks because I’d already had one before. I’d just say that you’re feeling really unsure right now and can’t sleep because of it—maybe you could just drop by.
