Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me.
I have a very irregular menstrual cycle. Usually, I'm on my period between the 1st and 10th of the month, sometimes even a bit later. But my symptoms are always the same, like breast tenderness and severe cramps. I also always have a very heavy flow on the first day of my period.
Since today, I've had brown spotting when wiping, and I also had a little bit of brown discharge on my panty liner (sorry for the gross details). I'm experiencing lower abdominal pain, and I've had diarrhea four times today. I feel extremely sluggish, like I have 100 kilos of weight on my body.
Do you know what symptoms these are?
Maybe one of you has experience with this, I hope at least, because I've never had this before.

Hi Manon, it's the 11th so it could be the start of your period, especially since you mentioned you sometimes get your period a bit later than the 10th.
I had the same symptoms this month before my period, except for the diarrhea. But I ended up being pregnant with my daughter.
If your period hasn't started by the day after tomorrow, I'd suggest taking a test just to be sure.

Yes, I do want to get pregnant.
In the meantime, I'm already losing a bit more blood, which seems like a regular period.
But not really extreme like I'm used to.
I have other symptoms than I'm used to.
It's probably just my period, I think.
