Yes or no?

I've got a question, since I've taken a few tests and they were all negative, I wanted to ask for some advice here first.
I've had stomach issues for a week now, like gurgling intestines, mild period-like pain that doesn't radiate, occasional sharp stabs, it seems a bit more rounded and slightly above my pubic area is a bit more rounded too. A bit nauseous but haven't managed to throw up, and last Sunday I had some light pink spotting when wiping, that was it. I also feel tired but that could also be due to the hot weather.
I'm wondering what you all think. I've had sex but I'm on the pill. Given that I've been prescribed different pills before because the previous ones were too light, I'm wondering if this one might also be too light..
