Laurie or Emma

We're torn between two names for Mathis's little sister: Emma or Laurie. What would you choose?
Other names we've been considering: Maëlle, Ella, Noémie, or Elize.

    I really like Laurie!!

I think Emma is nice, but it's so common. I like Lauren more than Laurie. If I had to choose, I'd go for that other set. And then Elise, I think.

Emma, but quite a lot for an upcoming name.

    Laurie, Laura,

Ella is also nice or Ellen
  5. Angie #6

    Both are really nice!
If I had to choose, I'd go with Laurie.

    Good luck!

    I don't think Laurie is a girl's name. So I wouldn't go for it.

    Emma is nice!

    Emma is nice ;p
    Laura is nicer than Laurie

And what do you think of the name Elize? Do you prefer hearing this over Emma?

I like Emma the most. Noémie has some appeal too.

I'm not a fan of Laurie, by the way. Not a name for an adult. I'd rather go with the French Laure (pronounced Loor-è), Laura, or Lauren (Dutch pronunciation).

Elize, if you're Elisa yourself? Not so handy.
