Hey ladies..!

Just a quick question...
I'm curious if the signs/symptoms of your first pregnancy can differ from a second pregnancy.

Love, IvyB

Hi Ivyb, I'm pregnant with my second now and it's totally different. With the first one, I only found out after 15 weeks and had no symptoms before that. I even got my period until those 15 weeks. Then I got sore breasts and threw up a few times in the following weeks, I think about 7 times. No nausea at all, nothing. I went to test and it was positive. I was still taking the pill back then.

This time it was planned and after a year and a half I'm finally pregnant, and already from week 5 I had symptoms. It started with sore breasts, from week 6 to 9 I was very nauseous from morning till night, and very tired!

    Hi hi,

With my first one, I knew right away it was a hit because of a big, bold blue vein on my right breast.

Now I'm pregnant with the second, and I knew it because of my very sensitive and sore breasts.

Those were my first real signs of pregnancy.

Definitely a difference between my two pregnancies. With the oldest, I didn’t realize I was pregnant until I was already overdue. With the second, I had extreme hunger right away, and even before I could test, I was already experiencing dizziness. So, both were very different in the beginning.

    Hey hello!
I'm pregnant with my second one and have known for two weeks now.
Wednesday was the first ultrasound, but here's the thing.

With the first mom-to-be, I had sore breasts and heartburn, actually in the beginning. Heartburn and in the last trimester a bit of discomfort, but nothing to complain about.

And now with mom-to-be 2, I've got heartburn, no sore breasts, just occasional stomach pain. Maybe it's the uterus growing?

The first one was a boy, so I'm curious to see what this one is!

Both symptoms and pregnancies were different for me.
    Still had 2 boys :-)

With two pregnancies, I noticed that my period was always very heavy. Now it's happening again, and Sunday is my period. Hopefully, it goes smoothly for the third time!

With my first one, I knew right away because I really felt pregnant.

Now I'm on day 30 of my cycle (normally between 30/35 days, so I'm sticking with 35 days).

My fertile days—the app shows something totally different, so I'm confused.
I had a stretchy discharge on March 19th.
But I thought my fertile window had already passed.
And now I'm wet again today, let's say.

    Has anyone experienced this?

Stephanie, is it a lot and clear?
  10. stephanie #11

Not very much! You can compare it a bit to around the time when you're fertile. I always have a little something on my panty liner after going to the toilet.

Just now when I went to the toilet I had another string of mucus again
  12. stephanie #13

I just tested and there's no line. I assume I'll get my period in a few days.
  13. Anonymous Guest #14

That sucks, Stephanie! Is your discharge always so abundant and stringy around your period? Mine is more white and gets drier, except during pregnancy!
  14. stephanie #15

Not that much, and normally I get stringy mucus around my fertile days. And if I'm supposed to get my period, the blood should be there anyway.
I tested this afternoon but not with first morning urine.
The tests are supposed to be sensitive, so I already did one.

It’s white for me now too!
    Could I be fertile again?
    I’m on day 32
  16. stephanie #17

I haven't had my period yet.

Just tested it with an Action test, and it stayed white.
