Baby turned out of breech now such stomach pain

I don't have experience with this, but I think it's very normal to have discomfort in your belly. It also takes quite a bit of 'force' to deliver a baby like this, and your baby is in a completely different position now, so your belly and organs also need to get used to that again. Could they maybe be contractions? Those can also be triggered by a delivery? If not, then maybe lie down comfortably on the bed/sofa with a warm hot water bottle. Good luck!
