how did you all tell everyone about your pregnancy

Hi!
I'm curious how you told people you're pregnant. Did you tell each person separately, or did you tell a lot of people at once?

    With the first one, we went to all the grandparents, and with the second, we had our oldest wear a shirt that said 'I'm becoming a big brother' and didn't say anything. We were curious if the grandparents would figure it out quickly... nope .
